1. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days.
Please notify us before by email explaining why you are unsatisfied with our product.
Boomhanger.com will refund any item(s) within 10 working days, provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled or altered and that all labels and tags are attached. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund.
Please add your name and address and the original invoice number.
We will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction in order to provide the reimbursement, unless otherwise expressly agreed; under no circumstances will the customer be charged a fee for this refund.

2. Passing of the Risk
With shipment of the goods, the risk is held by Boomhanger.com products until delivery is complete. With returns, the sender carries the risk, in particular, the transport risk, until the goods have been received by Boomhanger.com products as well as the transport costs.
3. Guarantee
Boomhanger.com products guarantee that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws, condition and quality. In the case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to us in writing within 10 days after their discovery, the same is valid for latent defects. Otherwise, the guarantee for these defects does not apply.
The guarantee is for 3 months after shipment.
